However, Isla has gathered evidence not only linking the EPD to some of the most important technological achievements in human history, but also to a horrifying past. As their conversation weaves from MK Ultra to string theory, Dr. Imbata slowly reveals a hidden organization pursuing an international agenda to study history’s most challenging question: Who is the Sailor? Frustrated by Isla’s relentless line of questioning, Dr. Imbata nearly ends their conversation before Isla produces an unmarked VHS tape.
