Project Synopsis
Two complete strangers are left stranded on an uninhabited island, after their passenger liner becomes shipwrecked. Their expectations of survival or rescue are bleak. Being the only survivors, the strangers are forced to work together towards survival. However, tensions rise when their own personal philosophies get in the way of their collaboration.
Additional Comments:

All roles are open ethnicity!

Keep in mind that the characters of both John and Winston will be required to become momentarily submerged in water at the beginning of the film (Fully clothed, of course). There will be a sequence that depicts both characters "struggling" to reach the shore of the beach. The actors will only be required to go a few feet away from the shore (About knee level). It is worth noting that this sequence will be shot under an acute controlled setting, with towel stations and heating prepared for immediate drying.

There are very specific outfit choices made for each character. When we receive your application, we will send you a wardrobe list, as well as an image depicting what we are looking for. We are more than willing to provide wardrobe for the actors ourselves.

Character 1
After the arrival of Winston on the island, he emerges as remaining morally righteous in even the darkest of situations, rather than letting his savage-like instincts take over. Philosophy: Winston's view on the world is optimistic. He firmly believes that mankind is more capable of doing good, than it is doing evil. Winston is completely selfless and displays immense emotional intelligence as a result of this, due to his drive to spread civility and morality in even the most dire of situations. Ethics and righteousness is always the "right" way in his eyes.
Character 2
Shortly after the arrival of John on the island, he emerges as an obligatory, egocentric and loathsome character of the two survivors. Philosophy: John views the world as a giant competition due to his selfish tendencies. The moment he's enveloped by an environment that contains no civilization or society, he immediately reverts to mankind's most basic instincts, especially due to becoming fearful of being weeded out by natural selection. Since he sees the situation as the survival of the fittest, he attempts to eliminate the competition, that is Winston. John eventually turns to murder to increase his chances of survival.
Character 3
Ship Officer #1
The third survivor of the shipwreck, a Deck Officer, is discovered washed ashore on the beach around halfway through the story. Unable to move or talk due to his mortal injuries, he scribbles a mysterious word on the sand, which baffle the two remaining survivors for the remainder of the story. (The script will reveal everything)
Character 4
Civilian Woman #1
Very minor role in the story, but also a crucial one. This character will make a brief appearance at the end of the story with just one line. (We will send you the script)
