Please read-through our audition package that can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WFK53uJ46_kWe0F7QiNeMnGsfohBBqnn/view and email your headshot and resume to theatre@xoxotv.ca to be scheduled with an audition time.
Self-tape submissions will also be accepted. Please just email us to request one.
**For both in-person and online auditions you will be asked to prepare the following:
1. A 32-bar/1-2 minute cut of an upbeat musical theatre song that showcases your range. For in-person auditions, please bring sheet music in your key and mark any cuts in the music for our accompanists. For self-tapes, a backing track is fine.
2. A 1-2 minute contemporary, comedic monologue - must be memorized.
There will be NO dance call at general auditions. If you receive a callback, which will take place on Jan. 3rd 2026, you will then be asked to read for specific roles and engage in a group dance audition.

CONTENT WARNINGS/ADDITIONAL INFO:
**Scenes of a sexual nature, strong language and cursing, references to self-harm, drug use, suicide and sex.
“Be More Chill” contains several onstage moments of physical intimacy, including choreographed kissing for some roles, (Jeremy, Christine, Chloe, Jake, Brooke). An Intimacy Director will be present throughout the rehearsal process to ensure all intimate scenes are approached safely, respectfully, and with the full consent and comfort of the actors involved.
**All actors looking to audition must be at least 18-years of age by our first rehearsal date, April 30th, to participate in this production.
