After a co-worker leaves to travel the world and her bestfriend muses about being a mother, a woman is confronted with her lack of identity. She decides to try figuring it out through exploring the possibilites online. She buys new clothes, makeup, home decor, and even skincare. Thinking that it will help her feel like her best version of herself. This leads to her buying a strange soap and supplement care package sold to her by an influencer. Named “Mr. Sudsman” the product promises to make her life a dream. She starts to feel more confident and has clearer skin, until the side effects start to kick in. Progressively strange dreams and irritability start to develop. Convinced she needs to keep going with it, she becomes more dependent on the supplements which strip her of her sense of reality. Until one night, the soap begins to burn her skin, falling away into sudsy chunks. Still believing it’s a nightmare, she takes more supplements and attempts to wash the suds away. But it’s too late when the soap disintegrates her body as the supplements disintegrate her mind. Stripped of everything that makes her human, two people from the Mr. Sudsman company come in to collect her body.
