Project Synopsis
After the death of their parents, a young private investigator arrives in the idyllic town of Hollyville to investigate a decades-old disappearance, secretly bringing along the little brother he is struggling to raise. As Christmas Eve approaches, his investigation uncovers a dark secret the town has spent generations protecting.

Arden (early 20s) is a determined young man still reeling from the recent loss of his parents while trying to care for his six-year-old brother, Viktor. Intelligent, curious, and stubborn, he arrives in Hollyville pursuing a missing person the world has given up on and he believes he can solve. Beneath his confidence is a young man carrying grief, guilt, and far more responsibility than he knows how to handle but to avoid him confronting his feelings he throws himself into work no matter how destructive that may be.

Beneath her generous smile lies an intense longing for family and a willingness to do whatever it takes to protect their way of life.
