Project Synopsis
A third year drama/thriller student short film. Leslie Willie, a young Indigenous man descended from residential school survivors from northern Alberta, finds the man who abused his grandfather in residential school, Father John Corrigan, who is now an elder living in the quiet suburbs of the west coast. Leslie, wanting to kill the man who harmed his family, he shows up to his house hellbent on revenge. He finally comes face to face with the monster who has haunted his family, but will killing him make him a monster as well? A more in depth synopsis and script will be given upon contact. This story is partly based on the directors own life, the characters however are open for input from actors as well.
