Project Synopsis
Eight years ago, Marty was voted "Most likely to become a pop-star" in his high school yearbook. But he’s yet to become anything even close. In fact, he’s unemployed and without education, still living with his mother. So he’s quick to take the opportunity when an old acquaintance asks for his help on her upcoming music album. He convinces his best friend Bill to drive him to California, and the two pick up three strange hitchhikers along the journey: A mysterious individual named Scab (who might have committed a crime?), a friendly and encouraging musician named Banjo-man Joe, and a glowing young woman who has been dead for nearly thirty years. Each character offers a new experience for Bill and Marty. And ultimately, the two best friends come to the understanding that it really is about the journey, not the destination.

Description
The person who only ever refers to themself as “Scab” is a quiet and mysterious individual. They first encounter Bill and Marty on an unlit stretch of highway in the middle of nowhere. Why are they there? Where did they come from? Why is their backpack filled entirely with knives and chemicals? Only Scab knows the answers, and they won’t tell a soul. For this character, we are looking for a CREEPY take.
