What happens when two writers who have worked together for years start to hate each other? The team has won awards and made money. Harry Kent has saved and invested and now lives with his glamorous wife in a sun drenched luxury flat high above the Sussex coast, where the play is set. It is a hi tech paradise with only one snag: it's build on the site of an Ancient British sacrificial stone where black magic was practiced and now there are strange noises in the night. Paul Riggs has spent his fees on booze and birds, and he lives in dread of bookies' heavies. Harry wants to break the partnership that is Paul's lifeline, but Paul knows a sinister secret from Harry's past. They are therefore locked together in a dance from which murder seems the only escape and they have just plotted the perfect crime for their latest TV film.

Synopsis:
The story begins with THE MAN IN WHITE our Christ figure (an older man of ambiguous heritage dressed in all WHITE robes) approaching his demise by means of hanging, ominous shots of the rope loom over our character as his time approaches. His execution takes place off-screen as we see the seeds of his sacrifice: a hand reaching towards a heavenly light, a sacred heart wrapped in a crown of thorns, it bleeds with the pain only a mother would understand. We see a WOMAN IN WHITE cloaked in beautiful silky white fabrics holding the lifeless figure as she mourns. The eyes of our Christ figure are bound by black fabric, his hands drip blood onto the ground. The blood falls into a chalice. We hear chants, chains, and see smoke enveloping the darkness. Another figure approaches, taking the chalice and drinking from it. A different man wearing a similar attire to our Christ figure, wears his crown of thorns but he dresses in all BLACK and wears a grin on his face. This MAN IN BLACK approaches two more figures from the left. A man wearing a black robe with a papal staff “THE FATHER” stands in the center, and to the right, a dark figure with smoke emanating from their face “THE GHOST”. We see a wooden cross being erected amongst two others, the religious chanting picks up. We come back to the woman dressed in all white, she is alone and her eyes and mouth are covered with black fabrics. The hand that was reaching for that heavenly light, is plunged into darkness. The eyes of our Man in White open once more, he is clean of blood and he wears red robes and a golden crown, he stands where he was hanged, no noose around his neck. A powerful light shines behind him.
